Mobile Build server licence and credentials

As part of my learning I want to build a pega mobile Application . It is showing me some errors which I have attached below could anyone help me understanding the problem?

Also Please need some information whether an organization need to be licenced seperately for the mobile build server?

What exactly the mobile build server url would be ? is that url should be our pega instance url? 

where can I get the user name and api key for login to admin mobile settings?
