Milliseconds are ignored while sorting Report Definiton by pxCreateDateTime

Hi! I use Report Definition to retrieve data from Oracle DB with filter pxCreateDateTime greater or equal 20010101T162051.111 GMT. But the RD shows rows starting from 20010101T162051.000 GMT. And when I'm trying to retrive an exact row with filter criteria pxCreateDateTime is equal 20010101T162051.111 GMT it shows the rows within one second intrval. Has anyone faced this situation before? How can it be solved?
