Migrate IE web adapter to Edge Universal adapter
Hi,
IE support for one of the inhouse applications is being terminated and moved to Edge compatability-mode. There are many automations interacts with this application using web adapter.
Is there steps to migrate IE web adapter to Edge universal adapter on existing automations without re-interrogating all the controls.?
Thanks

@ArunkumarBojanYou will need to open a case with customer support and they can assist you with converting your Web Adapter to a Universal Web Adapter using Edge (with compatibility-mode). If you switch to native Edge without Compatibility-mode, you will need to re-interrogate though.

@ThomasSasnett I did open one but below is the response I received.
"This request falls outside the scope of work supported by our policies. Questions about how to design, develop, or debug custom applications and similar types of questions are best addressed by posting a question to the Pega Collaboration Center (PCC). " Any suggestions?

@ArunkumarBojan I have added a note to the SR and contacted the support member. I believe this was just a miscommunication.

Hi @ThomasSasnett , I have a similar scenario so I tried to create a case with customer support. Seems like the ticket is failing to create at step 3, environment because the form options are failing to load. Here is the ticket INC-202523) Can I also get help with converting a Web Adapter to Universal Web Adapter?

@StephenM5559 I apologize for missing your previous response. Were you able to open a ticket with support? If not, you can also call on the phone if the website is not working for you. I know it works best in Chrome (or Edge not in compatibility-mode since that would run it under Internet Explorer).
