Max concurrent chats by operator rather than queue
Is there a way in pega 8.2.1 to set the max chats based on operator skill basis? example if Agent A is fully trained they can accept 5 concurrent chats, but Agent B who is training can only accept 3 concurrent chats.
if not in 8.2.1 is there a higher version of pega that this is possible?

"max_chats / maxChats" is the maximum number of allowed concurrent chats for a CSR. It is stored in 'agentqueuebridge' table when CSR joins a queue. Can you modify it?

No, i can see the property maxChats, but i can't seem to find the agentqueuebridge table. which class is it found in, maybe i can search for it directly.
