Mastercard Initiate Retrieval Request

Hello,

I am new to Pega and to the Smart Disputes for Issuers module.

I am attempting to setup the Initiate Retrieval Request for a MC transaction. Can someone direct me to where I can find documentation on how to activate this request in the Smart Disputes for Issuer's module? I can see the InitiateRetrievalRequest activity but am unsure what processing and webservice requirements are for this webservice call? I see that a line in the activity is commented out that does "call WritetoChargebackTable"...not sure what this is about? ...running Pega 7.2.2 and SDI 7.21

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for initiating this thread.
SD7.21 does not have integration capabilities with MasterCard system.
MasterCard integrations will be available in SD 7.4 release which is planned for end of July, 2018.
 
Please revert in case of further issues / clarifications.

Pega has released 7.41 for Smart Dispute for Issuers with MCOM integrations in Sep, 2018 along with all
documents needed for install / upgrades.
