Manipulating PDF Documents through Pega Robotics PdfConnector or Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro
Hi,
I have a requirement to manipulate PDF documents (Insert Pages - Delete Pages - ...).
At the beginning I used Pega Robotics PdfConnector and it was working fine till I got some documents that have a different Acrobat compatibility (8.x) in which the PdfConnector was not behaving as expected (Empty pages got inserted).
Then I interrogated the Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro to implement the same function through different menu items. Menu items and controls are perfectly "interrogatable" and automation is working on development. However, on production environment, it works for some runs then Adobe Acrobat begins to crash. Same is reproducible when I move to another machine. Adobe Acrobat was reinstalled, cache was cleared from AppConfig still I am getting hangs and crashes.
Pega Robotics version: 19.1.71
Any thoughts on both solutions? Thanks,

@AymanAgamy I would suggest that you open an incident with our support team. They can assist you with the best way to handle this, whether that be via interrogating Adobe or via the connector. I believe this issue might require hands on access to your system which is not possible via the community site.
You might also try updating your Studio/Runtime version as 19.1.71 is nearly two years old.

Thank you @ThomasSasnett a ticket is already opened and verified. Waiting for the team to update.
Upgrade is not an easy choice as we already have a big setup of Pega bots for almost 5 years.
