Looking for solution to highlight the row in grid conditionally using CustomCSS

Hi All,

I was using the below snippet code in Inline style to row in repeat grid.It is working.

<pega:when name="NameofWhenRule">background-color: orange; </pega:when>

And also to avoid usage of inline style, added additional custom style in Skin rule and referred in each column of repeat grid under cell read-write classes, cell read-only classes.It is not working.Any suggestions on it is appreciated.

Hello Sowjanya, Thanks for posting query in PSC. Please provide us the screen shot of the css code snippet written in the custom style sheet. If you have idea on developer tools try to inspect the row element and check whether the class has been added or not. Thanks, Durga

You can write a wrapper control which will apply the necessary styles and then by using the pega:include statement you can include an existing out of the box control.

Control: For conditionally styling TextInput (Readonly). 

Parameters : Condition - When Rule

     CSSClass - CSS Class which contains the styling information. 

 

<span <pega:when name="<%=tools.getParamValue("Condition")%>">class="<%=tools.getParamValue("CSSClass")%>"</pega:when> >
	<pega:include name="pxTextInput"  type="Rule-Html-Property" />
</span>

Unfortunately, you may have to apply this control to every column in the repeating grid.

Hi,

This solution works only to highlight the particular property value (Control is referred for the property) and not the entire cell of the grid.
