First row of the repeat grid highlighted automatically

We are loading the grid on click of a button and whenever the grid is loaded the first row is always coming as selected.

On your page, grid first row might be the only clickable action available. Due to that browser is highlighting that row.

If you dont need actions on grid rows, then remove the actions configured for onclick , so that it will not be highlighted.
