Locale Configuration for Dutch and Flemish languages
Hi,
Is there a way I can have different field value rules for the same language (Dutch) for 2 different countries (Belgium and Netherlands) ?
Let me explain my requirement : I working in an application which should work for both Belgium and Netherlands customers. Now, the Dutch language spoken in Netherlands and Belgium are slightly different (the Belgian version is called Flemish), and I need to be able to configure separate field values for some words.
The below help topic says there is a country specific suffix I can add, but I am not sure how it works :

Suppose my initial ruleset is MyCoBank : should I create two different rulesets MyCoBank_nl_nl and MyCoBank_be_nl to handle this ?

I tried out some scenarios. Following are the observations :
(1) Keep Operator Locale as nl_BE , and create a ruleset "MyCoBank_nl_be". This did NOT work.
(2) Change Operator Locale to nl_BE_NL (the 3rd part indicating an optional country variant). Then create a ruleset "MyCoBank_nl_be". This approach works, and by extension creating a "MyCoBank_nl_nl" should also allow a segregation between Flemish and Dutch.
