Loading Agile Desktop EXE from Runtime

Is there a way of launching Agile Desktop from a user's Runtime icon instead of the Agile Desktop icon? We want to utilize the Agile Desktop UI but also still have access to the Runtime Tray, and I don't even see the Tray icon when I launch the Agile Desktop icon. And I ensured that ShowSystemTrayIcon=True in the Runtime settings.

Agile Desktop does not have a tray icon. It instead has a gear icon in the lower right corner of the UI. You cannot run both applications at the same time.
