Load Balancer - IP Persistence for IAC gateway
Hi
Is there a Document on how can we setup IAC gateway to use the Load Balancer - IP persistence.
We tried to configure using IP persistence but whenever IAC loaded it rerouted to Login Screen again.

what is your load balancer? App Server/WebServer? I am not aware of such docs from Pega. For example, if you are using F5 with tomcat, you will find F5 doc: https://www.f5.com/pdf/deployment-guides/tomcat-dg.pdf. I would expect other load balancer vendors would have similar docs for each web server/app server.

Hi Kevin -
We are using JBoss server and Load Balancer: Netscaler vServers
When we turned off the IP Persistence in Load Balancer it started to break. It keeps on rerouting to Pega Login screen.
We are using IAC gateway to connect to Pega.

Pega requires session affinity (through cookie persistence). While we do not have vendor specific docs, you should definitely read some of the main concepts here: https://pdn.pega.com/documents/pega-72-high-availability-guide.
