I do not believe that the Outlook connector has means to monitor a shared/group inbox. However, I do know that you can reach that inbox by incorporating a script.

Here is a POC on how to reach a mailbox and read the email, you will have to change this for your specific extended mailbox and add the additional functionality which you require:
