Issue: Newly created partial views are not appearing in the “Show Additional Details → Open View” dropdown in Constellation 24.2.

Description: We are trying to configure a List View column with a dropdown menu that opens a URL when an option is selected. Adding a picklist column shows a blank column, and using a view with embedded data works only with system/default views. Newly created partial views do not appear in the Open View dropdown, preventing implementation of the required functionality.

Request: Please advise why newly created partial views are not selectable and suggest a solution to achieve the dropdown URL behavior in the list view.
