List of PEGA OOTB tables that can be truncated on a periodical basis to avoid huge DB size
We would like to know the list of PEGA OOTB tables that store rule history, log info, cache info which can be truncated periodically. Please provide the list for PRPC 7.1.5, PRPC 5.5 SP1. We want to avoid DB growing to huge size and performance impact because of the huge DB for our apps and so the request. Also, are there any OOTB PEGA agents that can be scheduled for this cleanup?

Thanks Arun. The links you provided give info about dev tables truncation (Dev/WB/WL etc) and also that based on DSS setting, FUA is automatically cleared. We have a PEGA 7.1.5 app which is close to 900 GB in production. App was productionalized in 2008. Cloud migration is WIP and so we want to reduce the DB size/remove un-needed data such as log statistics, rule history/other history info and so my query. Can you post some info related to which tables can be considered for truncation for a 7.1.5 PEGA app?

Hi,
You can try truncating the caches tables.
Also you may truncate the passivation related tables like pr_page_store and pr_sys_context which could hold more serialized data and tables specific to environment.
