Linux Lite not working

Installed LInux Lite(VMware work station) to practice for Build exam, it worked for a week and suddenly not working today.Here is the URL giving error "Connection Refused"

http://localhost:9080/prweb

Can anyone suggest how to make it work again? Is there any way to avoid these issues, i am planning to give Build by end of this month and i cannot make it if this happens during the exam.
