For example, I was wondering if you've followed this configuration: Specifying presentation options for a Link control 

 Adding and configuring a Link control

As a basic test, have you tried clearing the cache and see if you are able to replicate the issue?

Hi praveen,

I tried to replicate the issue in-house on 7.2.1, with a Link control on which "open URL in Window" Action Set and i'm successfully opening the window by touch functionality on Windows 7 touch screen laptop ( Mozilla firefox browser).  Can you please specify what action set you are using and capture trace when touching on the Link control in Mozilla browser.

Just to confirm ,did the link working in IE & Chrome?

In Firefox did you see any errors in console log?

Please provide the screenshot of Link configuration.

See if this is similar to your issue. If so, you can disable the touch events in the advanced FF/Chrome settings.
