Library Compilation Issue

The error is mainly thrown based on the older version of the Base64 decoder. Even if we change the older version of the decoder to the newer version we are getting                                                              " The import sun.misc.BASE64Encoder cannot be resolved Library— The Library failed to compile"  Can anyone provide any solution.
