Launch Third Party Application via Javascript

Hello All,

We are using PEGA 7.2,

As per our requirement we need to launch a third party application in a modal window when finishing a assignment

1) All the validations has to be successful
2) Based on some selection on the screen, we should decide whether to launch to third party window or not.

If we plan to use OOTB Finish Assignment and Java Script, validations failure doesn't stop you from executing the javascript.

Any thoughts on how to achieve this requirement ?

Hi,

In Java script you can write validation to launch weather to launch the application or not. However, lets wait for other community members to review this.

I believe this should be a default product feature, if there are any messages on the primary page stop the further action events.
