JDBC Connection over SSL

Hi,

 

We have a need to connect to the PegaRULES DB Instance over SSL. I know that this requires some extra attributes specified in the JNDI Resource name corresponding to the pega rules db like useSSL and the path for the serverSSLCert.

 

Do we have any working samples(context file sample that uses SSL for connectivity) that I shall look at towards mimicking this for our use case?

Hi Sethu, The connection string required for PegaRULES DB connection over SSL should not be any different from <ANYDB> JDBC connection string and relevant attributes. The information can be found in the documentation specific to the DB vendor. Oracle documentation or Postgres for that matter - they should have examples for such.
