Java component used by PEGA

Dear Support,

Oracle will start implement charging for using Java.

could share with us if PEGA is using any of Java component ?

if yes, what are the JAVA used by pega ?

please advise

Although I cannot answer your exact question, I can point you to Java implementation provided by Amazon named Amazon Corretto. This is a production-ready distribution of the Open Java Development Kit (OpenJDK) with long-term support provided by Amazon free of charge.

Hi Jarek, would you be able to confirm Amazon Corretto is officially supported to be used with Pega Platform 7.3.1? We are currently using Oracle JDK 8 and would like to migrate to Amazon Corretto.
