Items are not processing Queue Processor, new items are in Ready to Process state always
Hi, We are currently facing an issue where all the new items queued to a Queue Processor is waiting at Ready to Process state forever. Eventually going to broken items with following exception :
com.pega.platform.executor.queueprocessor.QueueProcessorDuplicateProcessingException: Message identified as potentially already processed.

We have already tried clearing all records of QP, restarting systems etc. It seems to be working in other environments.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
