Is it possible to have a case type with name other than pyDefault?
I am trying to understand how and when pyDefault case type is called? Is it possible to change the name of case type rule from pyDefault to something else? If yes, where should its referencing be updated then?

Hi Saurabh,
You cant rename the pyDefault case type rule as it is hard coded value in the code. After cross checking with our product specialists came to know that you can't change it.
