Is it possible to develop a site like flipkart, amazon using pega?

Hi All, I am new to pega and I want to know that is site like flipkart , amazon can we develop using pega alone? If Yes how to do that. Can any one explain me step by step. Is there any source to learn development of pega application from scratch(from basic to project completion) Thanks, Bharathan.

Hi,

This is a very generic question and would be very elaborate to provide 'step by step' details.

However, I would suggest you go through the System architect essentials course on Pega academy. It has run down on the Amazon website and its UI components.
