Is it possible to create an administrator role with limited access ?
Hi,
Is any way or best practice for creating an administrator role with limited access to support and maintain the application on production level ? I mean, the admin should not be modify anything in application ruleset. He/she can just create/modify operator instances, or modify application guides in a specified ruleset.
Is this possible ?

Can you check out Org & Security > Access Manager > Tools option to review the roles that are available for all access groups that have access to perform the various admin functions. This link also provides more details: https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/access-manager-getting-started

You need to modify the access group associated with the operator and the access roles associated with the access group.
You can create a new access role or you can save as an existing access role and you can modify it.
In the same way, you can create a new access group or save as an existing access group and you can modify it.
