Is it possible to connect to Personal Edition using a FTP Client?

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to connect my PRPC personal edition 7.4 to FTP client.

Actually I am trying to access files like web.xml, so is it possible to use FTP Clients like FileZilla or any other to connect to PE?

If so I need to know the credentials to do so.

Or is there any other way to access these file?

Kindly enlighten me with any of your insight :)
