Is it Fine to develop LSA -Part2 in Personal editions

I am planning to write lsa part2.Would like to know how about developing the application in personal editions.

Hi James - I am preparing for CLSA and finding the PVS very slow. I prefer to use personal edition but I dont see the link for 7.1.9 personal edition to download. Can you please advice?
