Issues in loading projects between developers

Hi, a colleague and I are working to build and test some automations. We are using the same version of Pega Robotics Studio Plugin, Windows, and very similar hardware. However, when I attempt to open his projects on my computer we invariably have different issues occur. What settings/applications can we check to understand why this takes place? Thanks!

Can you list down what type of issues occurred.

There should not be any issue but if there is dependencies on projects or DLLs then you will see errors. If any DLLs used in the project, copy them to appropriate folder before opening the project.
