Issue with SAML WEBSSO Request

Hi All,

I have created one SAML 2.0 implmentation in pega using okta and trying to send request for it ,getting below error..

Unable to process the SAML WebSSO request : 1

any idea what might be the reason for above issue?

Hi Ramprasad,

Make sure the attributes are mapped correctly in authentication service. 

What is the version of Pega?

Please put debug on theauthentication activity

(logger:Rule_Obj_Activity.pySAMLWebSSOAuthenticationActivity.Code_Security.Action for pySAMLWebSSOAuthenticationActivity)

See in which step it is failing.

Please attach the captured debug log here in case further help is needed.

Hi Adithya,

I have checked in the log file and see below error message

 

(Admin_Security_SSO_SAML.Action) ERROR -appdb-i-354-1|xx.xx.xx.xx|Rest|WebSSO|SAML|AssertionConsumerService|AE42855F3641B838CABC108DB6FFF8D84  - Error while executing the Assertion Consumer Service activity : 1

any guidence ffrom the error?
