Issue with pickup correct rule
HI All ,
I am facing the below issue with rule resolution can you help me with this.
I have saved pyCaseActionArea section rule in our application class ABC-FW-DMCFW-, When user1 logged into the application pyCaseActionArea rule is picked up from the ABC-FW-DMCFW- class as expected.
Whereas when user 2 is logged pyCaseActionArea rule is picked up from the Work- class.
What could be the root cause for this issue?

@shyamshankar Did you check if the ruleset stack is the same for both the users? You can do a remote trace for user2 and see if the rule is getting picked up from cache

@shyamshankarVerify the configuration of both users user1 & user2 if they are in sync especially the access groups. Ask the user2 to log off and login again.

If both are belonging to different access groups, check the applications pointed to in access groups have the same versions in ruleset stack.
Also please check if pyCaseActionArea rule is in production ruleset.

@shyamshankar Open both access groups & Validate if both are pointing to the same application version.
1) Definition Tab --> Application (Should be same)
2) Advanced Tab --> Design Time Configuration (Should be same).
If they are not same, then validate each application version also, their ruleset stack

Hi @shyamshankar,
Access group is the place where operator is routed which application and for what are portals that user will have access and what are the access roles that users have permission (privilege).
