Issue with Pega Marketing post installation configuration

Hello,

I have installed Pega Marketing 7.3.1 version and while configuring the HelpURI/MarketingHelp setting purpose, but i am unable to find it. Plus the "add node" button is not working in "Designer Studio > Decisioning > Infrastructure > Services>Decision Data Store" tab. So cant proceed further.

Hello Mainak,

Have you logged in using MarketingAdministrator?

I'm doubting this as the Application selected displays PegaRULES

If you've logged in using MarketingAdministrator, then consider switching the application to PegaMarketing to see the stated setting.

Have you followed all the steps part of PM installation guide?

Suggest creating a Support ticket for further investigation.
