Issue in installing Pega Robotic Runtime 19.1.10.0

Hello All,

I have been trying to install the latest version of Pega Robotics Runtime. On installing the file PegaRoboticRuntime.exe it starts installing Services and Synchronizations first and then the Runtime. Even in the apps of windows, I see it installed as Pega Robotic Runtime.

After the completion of installing wizard. I get only one launcher which points to Pega Synchronization Engine and running that as admin it launches nothing.
