The issue of Installing Pega Plattform Personal Edition
Hi,all
Unable to install Pega Personal Edition 7.3.
Please tell the reason why not install...
* OS:Windows 10
* I've tried to install while being off Firewall, but not completed.
Error log:

Thank you for your comment. But I can't complete the install, even though doing below..
- Log in as administrator
- Try re-downloading Personal Edition again
- Check that there are no spaces in the directory names in the path to the install files
- Try to change my installation path and give different port number
If you can, please tell another reasons why not install...

If you have any firewall which can be blocking your installation can also be the problem Yushi. After the above process you followed what error you were facing?

After looking into your shared log file the error message related to the connection issue with the postgres database can be caused due to many reasons as explained over below links,
