Issue in BIX CSV File Extracts, File is Distorted if comma is encountered.

My Pega Application is running on cloud, I am running a BIX Extract using an agent, in the wrapper activity(pxExtractDataWithArgs) i am passing the Extract Name, Extract Class and pyArgs as "-l |"(Lowercase L with pipeline character) in order to fix Comma issues in CSV file of the BIX Extract. 

But the issue is the entire Excel file is distorted with this change. Can someone please suggest on this.

If it is CSV output file and not generated manifest file try coma as delimiter  with "-l \",\""

Thanks for the response.

The Delimiter "-l \",\"" works perfect with the comma(,) issue but the CSV alignment broke due to this change.

I have 37 Headers and values are populated in 19 columns.

Note: It is CSV File Extract generated with manifest file.
