This issue usually happens because the UI is not refreshing the same page list that you are updating on the clipboard. First, check that the Anypicker and the repeating layout are both pointing to the same page list property or data page. On the change of the other field, make sure you first post the value, then run your data transform or activity to rebuild the page list, and then refresh the section that contains the Anypicker. If you see two different lists, it often means one control is still using an old data source or a local list, so clean that up and keep only one source. For the second issue, if it works only the first time, check if your data page is read only and cached; you may need to set “Reload if older than 0” or clear the list before you re-populate it. Also confirm that the refresh action is configured to run every time the field changes and not limited by a when rule that becomes false after the first change. If you are using an activity or data transform, clear the existing page list before adding new results so the UI is forced to show the updated values. After these changes, test again and you should see the clipboard and the UI list stay in sync for every change.
