IOException caught during serialization of Java Object value

I have gone thru the solution provided in PDN for this issue, but that did not resolve my issue. I see couple of others have faced the same issue but couldn't find any solution for the same. is there any hotfix available for this?

When I go to pdn and put in this search, a number of matches come up:

                              serialization "java object"
