Invalid gross amount error during Credits purchase process.
Hello,
I'm trying to purchase credits to start trainings regarding Pega... unfortunately I'm getting some order management error regarding the Tax Service and invalid gross amount in some line items...
Anyone experiecing the same error? Please help.

I can't realy tell if the error in the process was fixed, as suddenly there is a minimum amount of credits available for me to purchase set to 400 (attachment).
I do not need 400 credits, previously I was able to buy 20, so why that change now?
I just want to get Pega Platform essentials training to get some more insight of the platform capabilities, as my client is evaluating it, do I really need to buy 400 credits, to do even a 20 credits training?
I think this is highly inappropriate to have such policies towards people willing to get to know more, what your solutions offer.

This validation message is not correct. The minimum credit purchase is 5 credits.
We are investigating this issue and I'll provide an update as soon as it is available.
