Interrogation in Chrome browser
Hi All
I've tried to interrogate some pages in universal web application via Chrome browser, but seems like it can't get html from chrome...
When I click and drag into any items it page such as input, button, it doesn't recognize it at all....
Please kindly help how I can interrogate items in Chrome browser....

Please make sure the OpenSpan Chrome extension is enabled. Also make sure you don't have any Chrome exes running when you Start interrogation.

Hi Shilpa,
Please take a look at this PDN Article: How do I install and update the Chrome extension?
- Open Chrome to enable the extension. You will see a message in Chrome’s top, right corner to which you must respond.
- You can also open Chrome and use the Settings > Extensions option to make sure Studio is listed.

You did not install the extension. The extension is installed when you install Pega Robotics. There is a radio button to select to install it. You will need to re-install Pega Robotics and select the radio button to install it for Chrome.

I am usng 7.1.93 version of Openspan studio, while installing i had checked the check boxes of CHROME AND FIRE FOX extensions.
But still not able to interrogate. please help to me regarding this.

If you go to the installation folder for openspan, do you see a folder for 'Extensions'? The install files should be in there and you can drag the .crx file onto the chrome extensions window and it should manually install it.
