Interrogating a button and confronting an error

Hi there,

When I interrogate a button on a web page or windows application, I encounter the error message shown in the attached image and as a result I cannot add a button as a control. I have already tried both Defaut and Select Element types of interrogation and the same failed result occured. How can I solve this issue?

Have you tried re-installing? This does not look normal. Consider upgrading to the latest version too  (8.0.2019)

Hello Serkan, 

You should definitely try with upgrading your development environment to latest version of Studio (8.0.2023). If that hasn’t fixed your issue you need to raise a support request to find the underlying cause.
