@Chuma   are you installing the software?  Did you go through the Installation Manuals   eg   Installation-guide-apache-tomcat-and-postgresql?

There are good Introductory courses on on Pega Academy 

Please clarify what you mean about wanting to initialize.

I've installed  those softwere.

 

Recently, I had rocalized japanese Packege and confirmed changing language when built an application.

But I want to reset .
