Index table is getting added additional Entries
I have created a new index table and to handle for old cases written the job scheduler . in Dev environment everything is worked. when I moved the code to Staging ,initially the instances for index class is empty but after some time with out running the Job few entries got added. and verified the timestamp of the instance and checked is there any other jobs causing the issue but what ever the time stamp is there all jobs are py and px jobs(OOTB) . Now how can I procced further to debug how the records are getting added to the index table.

Hi @GayathriCH: Hope you are referring to declare index and the table created for the declare index in DB. If the declare index is available in PROD environment, update on the actual instance by any user or any action will update the details in the index table too. Please check if any update happened on the case.

You may also enabled the option to update Index table if the source class empty. So as Arul mentioned, if any expilcit user action performed which may lead to your declare Index execution, it may added blank entries also in the Index table.
