Include section with page context in repeat grid
How can page context be passed when including section inside repeat grid?

Any section included in the grid will only be in the context of the grid's source class.

Based on the Data Source available in repeating grid layout, the section will be populated in the "section include". Please find the images.

You cannot include a section directly with a different page context in the grid. Included section will run the grid result context.
A work around for this can be, Include a section in the grid row , now open this section and within that section include other section. While including the other section use page context. Thanks.

We currently use the same approach, The system performance degrades in IE if the number of rows in repeat grid increases(say 150 rows and 3 column - The total sections that has to render is 150*3*2 = 900). Having single section is fast(150*3*1= 450).
Can HTML fragment be used to call section with page context?

Number of rules loaded will be same, however based on the tests we performed - There is a significant performance improvement using HTML Fragment and a section instead of two sections.
