Import rest service via prpcServiceUtils
I try to import a custom rest service via prpcServiceUtils(using PRRestService), but the rest service doesn't work after deploy (it works only if I click to "save" button on the imported service package after deploy rest service, also it works if I restart the server). If I try to import the rest service via wizard (using import tool: pega button->application->distribution->import), then it works correctly without restart or click "save" by force.
How can I import the rest service via prpcServiceUtils correctly

What is the error you are getting without save or restart server ?. Please attach log files and steps how you are importing with prpcServiceUtils ?.

The rest service just responds "Resource not found" after import. For deploy my product file I invoked ant target "performOperation" in the prpcServiceUtilsWrapper.xml.

It seems to be rule resolution is not picking, after importing had you tried opening the rest service and try to run from the actions menu ?, after importing how you are testing the service ?.
