We have requirement where while using Control Access Policy on case level if an unauthorized user try to open a case, then an error message is populating on UI 

we found that this error message rule is "Database-Authorization-NoOpenAccess" which is OOTB one 

if we update the message rule, we are not sure in which places it will impact.

kindly wanted to know incase if we want to update this rule then which places it will get impacted.
