If this error on log means slowness to the application
Hi the user reported slow performance and almost system hung up.
we check to see the logs to find the below error .Any idea what is this about ? why it happens ?

we dont use the cover or cases .
Should we still try to implement the Hotfix >HFIX-3118 ?

The above ERROR does not indicate a performance issue. The ALERT logs needs to be analyzed to see if the browser requestor id is getting performance ALERTs. The above ERROR is a result of a random javascript AJAX call with a posted transaction ID which is not required.

As Ankur stated, those errors are not indicative of a performance issue. But if you would like more context into what that error message can mean you can reference this thread. Posted transaction id DOES NOT match record?

Do we need to apply this hotfix to get the error fixed ? HFIX-3118 ? any other Hotfix for PEga 62 sp2?
This happen on the submission of the Form on click of the approval flow action .

Here's an excerpt from Ranjith response:
"Applying hotfix and will update the result.
In our case the transaction id was generated after finished assignment and confirm harness loads, during this time the declare expression fires for properties which still post old transaction ID.
Get targets activity was called after commit."
