IE 11 compatibility problem with Pega 7
Hello,
Currently we are facing IE 11 compatibility problem with Pega 7.3.1 in our project.As a resolution we tried to follow the steps mentioned in the below mentioned article "https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/ie-11-compatibility-problem-pega-7".
But we are unable to login.

Have you performed the below steps and still it is not working ?
There are two type of solutions to overcome the Default compatibility Settings in IE-
1. Update the Individual Harness rules to select ‘IE Documentation Mode’= Other(present in the advanced tab of the harness ; where the value could be either IE= edge or IE=emaluateIE11 etc. as per the need.
This allows us to set the X-UA-Compatible Mode on this harness to ensure that a specific version of IE can be emulated and overrides the compatibility view setting.
OR
2. Save As the HTML Fragment Rule pyMetaTags and add the below line over there. This would take care of all the Harnesses.
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE11"> or <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge"> modify according to need .
If both the solution is not working , Kindly check ‘compatibility View Settings’ from setting in IE and remove the text related to this login URL from ‘Websites if you have added to compatibility view’.

This is a reported issue that, Pega has compatibality issue with IE11 if we do not disable the compatibality view settings. This can be explained through following link.

Internet Explorer, giving time for developers to updated their content to support newer web standards.
Use of earlier versions of PRPC with IE11 in emulation mode is supported with certain limitations
Pega 7 applications are not designed to run in compatibility mode. Standards mode must be used.

When enabled in Internet Explorer versions 9, 10, and 11, the Compatibility View settings effectively change the user agent of the browser to Internet Explorer 7.
As a result, the Pega 7 Platform application detects that the browser is unsupported.
To avoid this issue, disable the Compatibility View settings by clicking Tools > Compatibility View settings in Internet Explorer.
The similar issue is also seen in other websites also when they are accesed in IE11.
