I have completed Pega crsa certification through my organization techmahindra and it is not reflecting in certification of pega portal.
I have completed my pega crsa certification in the year of 2020 but it is not reflecting under the certification tab of pega portal.
Could you please help me with this in viewing my completion certificate in pega portal.

Kindly check What is the email ID you used in the Pearson account? Must be match with PDN Primary/Secondary Email. it means Pearson Account Email ID and PDN Primary/Secondary Email must be same, then only it will be sync.
Just login to your Pearson account by using the below first url and sign in.
Then, on the right side, click on My Profile, scroll down the page, and check your email ID.
