I couldnt search for the activity "pxExtractDataWithArgs" in version Pega-BIX:07-10-09. Is it present only in later version?

I coudnt search for the activity "pxExtractDataWithArgs" which is for the bix extract schedule, the PRPC version im using is 7.1.9 and Pega-BIX:07-10-09.

Is it not available with this version?
