The SCE is not listed on the PDN, as the application is currently not generally available to Clients. Once we start selling the SCE outside of the beta clients, then a page on the PDN will be created, along with supporting materials. The only copies of the guides at the minute are on the internal facing MESH.

ok, I can see some SCE user guides internally. Paul Stepney, are we in the process of publishing those user guides and other relevant user documents to pdn?

While I truly appreciate you using the PSC as the channel for figuring out where to find this document or whether it is even available. It sounds like this particular thread should probably continue outside of the PSC.
The general purpose of this community is to ask and answer questions, as well as collaborating with each other to troubleshoot issues. To that end, I think the question itself has been answered: There is a doc for this but it is currently internal-only. Those participants who have the necessary internal privileges may access it via the link above. But all other requests should be fielded through your account team, and even then it may not be made available because it is in beta.

So from product perspective, what's the position of the Smart Claims Engine for Healthcare ? and what's the difference to the current Healthcare Claims Automation Suite? I need to propose a solution to a healthcare customer, can I include Smart Claims Engine in the design? Thanks.

The Smart Claims Engine is currently a restricted solution only available to Beta Clients. If there is a client that might fit the Smart Claims Engine vs Claims Automation Suite, please work with the HC Leadership to see if they make sense to be a Beta Client. As such, documentation is not available on PDN.
