How we can get the url into a activity where i need to copy the code value from the url ?

Referer can be volatile as it depends how the request came into the platform
Review the pxThread.pxReq* properties (such as pxReqBaseURI, pxReqHomeURI or pxReqURI) on the Clipboard Viewer to see if they meet your needs out of the box, or can be Regex'ed or applied to @whatComesBeforeFirst(...) to give you the subset you need.
