How to update the pxSystemLockExpirationInterval in Pega 7.1.8

The business required to update lock time for all the case from default 120 mins to 30 mins.

I try to update the following value pxSystemLockExpirationInterval on pxProcess Page. However it was not work.

BTW, it will be appreciate to provide other solutions if you have.

  1. Go to Designer Studio > System > System General
  2. Edit the current system

There is a lock timeout associated with the overall system.
